Eagles Team

The Alpha Eagles Team Program offers team competition in Compulsory Levels 4 & 5. The Alpha Gymnastics Eagles Team competitive program was established to provide student athletes, who are interested in competitive gymnastics, an opportunity to develop their skills in a safe, sound, and progressive curriculum. We utilize time tested methods of teaching and training acquired from years of experience. Our EAGLES PROGRAM is more demanding physically and mentally and will require additional practice times and days over a standard recreational class. The number of hours and days will depend upon which competitive level the gymnast has been selected for. These competitive levels are determined through a number of factors such as team tryouts, coach recommendations, and prior gymnast experience. Selection and placement onto the EAGLES team remains at the discretion of the Alpha Gymnastics coaching staff.

USAG Team

The Alpha Gymnastics USAG Team Program offers team competition in Compulsory Levels 4, 5 & 6. The Alpha team program was established to provide student athletes with the opportunity to develop their individual talents and abilities in a competitive environment. We encourage a fun, lower stress philosophy with a sensible dose of discipline and hard work, all necessary for creating the quality and safety standards for a successful program. The Team program is more structured and demanding than the average recreational class or Eagles Team, and requires more practice hours and days. The number of hours and days will depend upon the competitive level of the student athlete.
